 Mark built us a beautiful custom kitchen.  Mark was involved in every decision and made recommendations when we were stuck.  He brought our vision to life.  the lighting, hinges, the color contrasts plus adding wood to give the kitchen some warmth.  All done by Summit.  The time Mark spent planning our dream kitchen was extensive but well worth it in the end.  I will recommend Mark to everybody i know, he has earned our business and trust.

 I reached out to Mark at Summit Kitchen & Bath, Inc. to build a bar for me in my new house that I had been wanting for a long time. I didn’t know exactly where I wanted it to go or how I wanted it to look, but with Mark’s input, direction, and attention to detail we found the perfect spot and design for it. After weeks of hard work, the bar came out beautifully and I could not be happier with my experience with the company.

Now, my bar is the highlight of my house. I have received endless comments about how awesome it looks and how quickly it was finished.

I would highly recommend Mark and Summit Kitchen & Bath, Inc. to everyone I know.

 We hired Mark from Summit Kitchen & Bath, Inc. to remodel our kitchen after several recommendations. I was supplied with detailed drawings of my kitchen which made it easy to visualize the outcome. The custom cabinets were very well-made and the stain and finish was superb! All hardware used was top of the line Blum including soft-close hinges along with dovetail drawers with soft-close slides which work flawlessly. Several pullouts were added for ease of use. After the kitchen was finished, we had Mark build a matching custom wall unit and wine rack. As satisfied clients, we're happy to recommend Summit for your next project.

I approached Mark seeking his expertise in a living room project that we had on hold for some time.  The project involved designing and building a custom wall unit that houses a high end entertainment center.  From the beginning Mark was “all in” on every aspect of this unique project.  He made experienced and astute design recommendations that enhanced the overall project when it was completed.  So many contractors don’t feel comfortable expressing opinions about aesthetics, but Mark was fully engaged and made some critical calls on both design and materials.  Mark also communicated with us during the entire process and kept his commitments.  He was not just the contractor, but became part of the family.  We feel the finished product speaks for itself.  The quality of the workmanship is first rate.   We fully recommend mark for whatever construction project you have.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Mark Tollios of Summit Kitchen & Bath and can honestly say we had the best experience possible.  Our kitchen was completed in the time frame we were promised (which was not long at all) and it is amazing!  From the kitchen knobs and pulls to our quartz countertop installation, Mark was there every step of the way making sure it was done perfectly.  Mark is extremely knowledgeable in kitchen design and very detail-oriented.  We are having our bathrooms renovated next and we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I used Mark Tollios to reface and replace my kitchen cabinet doors and crown molding.  The finished product was superb. Mark is very neat while he works.  He pays attention to all the small details and strives to make things come out perfect.I was so impressed with his work, that I decided to replace my kitchen island with one that Mark constructed himself. Along with a dining room buffet cabinet, both turned out beyond my expectations. I am a retired general contractor that was licensed in the state of New Jersey, so I know quality work when I see it.

Mark, thank you for the beautiful cabinets you provided me with in Miami home. I know the painted glass faces were something quite unusual but the outcome was extraordinarily beautiful. And so is the enormous bookcase with the muffin feet. I put my house on the market days after you completed your installation and in weeks the house sold in part because of your beautiful work.

We recently had our kitchen completely gutted and remodeled as well as a custom built bathroom vanity installed. We chose Mark after meeting and getting four other quotes. Mark’s innovative ideas and attention to detail was comforting throughout the entire process. His workmanship was meticulous and met all of our expectations. My husband and I hired Mark to help us design and build a low wall/ shelving and entertainment set up that also functioned as a room separation complete with movable panels.  Mark is a true perfectionist and helped up bring our idea to life.  He is extremely talented, honest and reliable which are qualities that are sometimes hard to come by in the construction world.  I would recommend Mark for any interior millwork project.

Dear Mark, 

I wanted to write a little story sharing our experience with you and your company regarding the work you did remolding our kitchen and bathroom.

First, as you know, Kelly and I do not move too fast.  We talked about remolding the kitchen for 2 years before we finally went forward.  Since we do not have a large space, making the most use of the space we do have was important to us.

We had a vision and we shared our vision with you.  I have to say we couldn't have made a better decision than the one we made engaging you to do the work.  We wanted someone who was able to deliver our new kitchen and bathroom, “soup to nuts” and you did.

The first and most important part of our experience was that you listened to us and understood our vision.  Next you suggested ideas and solutions that we did not consider.  You were organized and gave us a plan and then you completed the plan and the result was a most amazing kitchen!  From the overall look and feel of the cabinet work to the tile, electrical and plumbing work, we couldn't be happier with the result.

Another aspect of the Mark Tollios experience is your attention to detail.  Not only in your work, but how you left the job site every day.  We were able to function while you were doing the work.  No dust or dirt was ever left behind and all of the tools were always packed away at the end of the day.  This practice is just another positive trait of the work you do.

Mark, we could not be happier with our new kitchen and bathroom!  Your work has added value to our home that will last for years to come.  I invite all of our friends over to see our new kitchen and recommend you to anyone thinking of redoing theirs or making any kind of remodeling to their home or office.

Mark Tollios from Summit Kitchen and Bath Inc. built two custom made bathroom vanities for us as well as designing a beautiful medicine cabinet to match one of the vanities.
